MBI was strategically placed for success when exploration in the Williston basin heated up in recent years, and has flourished under the challenge of a booming industry, the company’s CEO Jim Arthaud tells writer Seiche Sanders in our cover story.

Arthaud is amazed by the economic development in North Dakota.

“There are all kinds of jobs out here. I don’t care what profession you’re in there’s a need for you out here – doctors, welders, lawyers – there’s not an occupation that’s not needed out here,’’ he says in the story. “It’s mind-boggling the dollars spent out here. There are billions of dollars that are going back into the economy.”
