MODS International designs and builds temporary housing units for displaced families and individuals. They also provide housing for workers near job site locations so they don’t have to travel long distances to and from work sites. The company provides housing options for workers in the oilfields of North Dakota and families displaced by natural disasters. Housing units are safe, comfortable and spacious with all the amenities of home.

The units are built from shipping containers, allowing them to be shipped anywhere and set up anywhere. Once they arrive on site, they can be set up and ready to move in within an hour. They also are easy to move and set up again somewhere else. They are set up with water, heat/AC and electricity.

MODS are not only for temporary housing. They can be used for many other purposes such as extra retail space, in-field offices, storage units, worship spaces, event offices or laundry facilities. The company can design and build the MODS to fit the specifications of a client.
