The custom Chevy Silverado from the WWETT Show is now available in a no-reserve, seven-day auction

Back in February, COLE Publishing held its largest giveaway to date. At the 2015 Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport Show in Indianapolis, we chose one lucky attendee and gave him a choice between a customized WWETT Show truck and $35,000 cash.

Max Silva of Warren Environmental was the lucky winner, and he chose … the cash.

“I definitely contemplated taking the truck,” Silva said. “I work with a few guys who love trucks and it was a beauty. It took me a few hours to decide when I was told I was going to be a finalist.”

Which left us with a little problem. What do you do with a tricked-out off-road 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4x4 pickup truck?

Well, you list it on eBay.

Today marks the first of a seven-day, no-reserve online auction. This mint truck — now stripped of the customized WWETT wrap and back to its original all-black color — could be yours. The no-reserve bidding starts at $30,000 for a truck that has in excess of $17,000 in upgrades and only 404 miles on the odometer.
