Target Logistics recently completed the build-out of Judson Lodge, a state-of-the-art temporary workforce housing facility in Williams County on Highway 2, west of Williston, N.D. The lodge provides all the creature comforts workers could want, from housekeeping services and the great food that we are known for to free Wi-Fi, recreation rooms and a sauna.
The lodge also features hotel-like bedrooms complete with 36-inch flat-screen TVs and the Target Logistics Hibernator Sleep System: a solid wood-base bed, pillow-top mattress, overstuffed pillows and high-thread-count sheets and pillowcases. “The Judson Lodge is an ideal solution for any company that needs superior accommodations on the west side of Williston,” says Target Logistics Founder and CEO Brian Lash.
Recently, the Target Logistics team transformed what was originally a conference room at Judson Lodge into a fully functional game room. Each gaming station features a mounted 46-inch flat-screen TV and is equipped with leather recliners and a Sony PlayStation. In addition, each console comes with wireless headsets and controllers, allowing for multiplayer game play. This new addition has allowed our guests to enjoy something fun and different during their down time.
Extreme makeover of former Chard Camp

To make its Canadian debut, Target Logistics is taking a weathered, 20-year-old camp south of Fort McMurray and turning it into something special.
Based on research conducted among Canadian oil workers, the all-new Cheecham Lodge (formerly Chard Open Camp) will deliver the services and amenities our Canadian guests want most.
“We have jumped to improve areas that our guests tell us are most important to them,” says Camp Manager Lynn Holden. “As soon as we purchased the existing camp, we bought pillow-top mattresses and 32-inch flat-screen TVs and started upgrading the kitchen and dining room.”
With major renovations set for completion by the fall of 2014, the new lodge will offer 278 beds in the Athabasca oil sands region of Alberta. The entire facility will be connected by an insulated central corridor, including new Jack & Jill and VIP rooms with private baths for warmth and privacy, and guests will enjoy brand-new recreation, dining, kitchen and fitness facilities. The new lodge is a great opportunity for Target Logistics to introduce Canadian employers and workers to its exclusive Economics of Comfort platform, which has been proven to boost workforce productivity.
