Gas Clip Technologies
The portable Multi Gas Clip from Gas Clip Technologies uses a low-power infrared sensor that allows the detector to run for two months without a charge. The IR sensor does not require oxygen, detects combustible hydrocarbon gases, and uses a single button for easy operational use. Hydrocyclones from GIW Industries have a long-wearing design and offer a replacement apex that can be fitted to existing equipment. The apex is the highest-wear part of the cyclone, as that section is subjected to a high concentration of coarse solids travelling at high velocities. Rebuild time is reduced from hours to minutes, and hydrocyclones also include wear detection holes for preventive maintenance, and five tie rods with two clamps. Series 5Zero Emission pumps from Hammelmann Corp. hermetically seal fluid within the pump, preventing atmospheric leakage during operation. They have a minimal footprint, which is the result of combining a compact integral speed reduction gear end with vertical configuration. The structures are engineered and designed with 33-foot-high sidewalls using wide-flange columns for legs. Each was designed to accommodate a 15-ton bridge crane, attached to the wide flange columns of the building, used for pump maintenance.
